It is finally out!
I have been using version 4 as the hub of my digital workflow for some time now. A worthy upgrade to users of 3, the updated processing engine is fantastic and can eeek even more quality and detail from my raw files.
I will write up an overview of what’s new later next week, but in the mean time here is a comparison I made on a Cheetah image. Look how much cleaner the shadow recovery is in 4. Fantastic!
Note the lack of edge halos around the ear in version 4 (click for a closer look)
